Not long after we checkin into our room the air conditioner leaked so we have to wait for sometime while the technician fix it. On day one the tissue box was empty, and we didn't get toilet paper on day two. Worst of all, during our checkout we got held because there are no coordination between the staff. The receptionist claims that we still have outstanding bills on the coffee shop which we have paid. And for that we have to go back and forth from the restaurant to receptionist. The fact is the cashier didn't post our transaction. That's an internal issue. Miscommunication between staff is not my problem. Yet instead of apologize the reseptionist justify himself by blaming on the system. The behavior was utterly rude, inconvenience, and disrespectful for someone who work in this type and price of hotel. Room its pretty spacious and i love it! the room key however needs to be considered because when i left my room i had to pull my keys out and left the room not un air conditioned and when i got back i had to wait for the ac to turn cold again. The room is clean and the sheets are clean and fresh. Bathroom the water takes forever to go down the drain.. i was getting a bit worried i might flood the bathroom but eventually the water went down the drain Location kinda far from tourist attraction but close to several industrial area. be aware of the traffic near the hotel area. My stay was like check in and checkout 4 times in 12 days i spent in Indonesia Location wise not in a great place in the middle of the street, once you enter the compound its quite big and impressive ample place for parking, loved the fountain in the entrance. Very polite and impressive front desk staff, my arrival was at 1 am and was given the room on 1st floor, rooms was impressive couldn't sleep due to the sound of Karaoke bar, next day i requested to change the room which was done without any hesitation. I checked out as i was travelling to Malang, Checked in again after 2 days asked for room on the 4th floor , they offered me a very nice room , the room has better then the 1st time, loved the amenities in the room, only concern was the see through bathroom unless you pull down the curtain. loved the huge bed, the ac was cool enough to get a good sleep and very nice & always ready to assist room service guys One of the best Hotel in the neighborhood to stay and relax, they do have spa in the hotel unfortunately during my stay they were on leave. Hotel looked OK from the outside. Was welcomed by a damp smell upon entering the lobby. Requested a non smoking room at the front office but greeted by a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon clearing the lift. The corridor smelled smoke, the rooms smell smoke, until we found one with a slight smell. Asked the Housekeeping staff whether the hotel cared for the non-smokers, but they responded that all guests are smokers. Perhaps the hotel name should be changed from Istana Nelayan Fishermen's Palace into Istana Perokok Smoker's Palace. Coffee shop was underlighted, getting brighter only in the afternoon when the sun shone through the large window. No napkins, cutleries were set on the table and had to be requested. Food was so so. The only consolation was that the bellboy, front office staff and coffee shop staff were friendly and helpful. Felt very pity for this hotel, ranked three star, but definitely not deserving it. This hotel is Big and Good Hotel arround the tangerang Area. The Lobby is Nice and big, they have sofa arround the lobby. This is 3 Star Hotel on the Certificate. This hotel that i know is one Group with the BT COCOA Chocolate Factory so no wonder when you check in and you will have welcome drink with Chocolate menu, hot or ice chocolate. They have Several Ballroom and if it's join the ballroom will Big Enough and Usually used for Wedding. But the minus for me is arround the ballroom people who want to smoke is permitted, so the smoke will be arround in front of the Ballroom Area, really inconvinient. But The lobby it self is nice and Cool Enough. This Hotel is Specialize with the Karakoke. They have many Rooms for Karaoke on the Basement 1 Floor Below the Lobby. The Biggest Room is Diamond Room Karaoke. I Will attach the photos. Inside the Diamond Room they have 3 Big Television, Long sofa and they also have like a long table maybe for meeting or something. They also have bathroom inside the Karaoke Room. About the room it self, i Stayed at the standard room. The room is nice with the Bathroom have a Clear Glass, so we can see through to the bathroom. But dont worry they have Window Blind to Cover the Glass. The Aircondition is Cool. The Bed is nice and Convinient. For the Breakfast is really Disappointing, the menu looks not nice. Lost my appetite when i saw it. So i dont take my breakfast at this hotel. According to my Colleague they provide the egg that can be cook for omelete or sunny side up, but you know what when she ate it, she can feel that the egg skin inside the omelete.
